NOT TRUE! She spoke to my husband a few months ago, but not since I have been calling. I finally spoke to her yesterday and she cut me off, yelled at me and told me she had already spoke to my husband. I went into the store three days after leaving messages and ** was still not available. ** had called out and apparently she is the only one who can contact the installer for service. We were told by the installer that any future problems should be directed to Home Depot. Finally the company came out to adjust and left a big mess outside. She is incredibly rude! I have called a number of times to have Exterior Images to come out to fix the pitch and the lock is very hard to turn (It was smooth at first). ** is the door dept supervisor at The Bristol, Pa store. It swings closed by itself and I had to go through Home depot to have it serviced. The pitch of the steel door was never correct from the first day. What a rip off! Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of our terrible experience. We paid $1,800 for both doors not knowing that we had paid extra for the custom feature. Because the door was already cut they could not do anything about this step. It also measures the 2" compensation for the so called custom door. Overall- the inability to go back to color sample options from photo (having to restart process over again & again) and the continually crashing makes this app not useful.My husband and I were never told we needed this built in step. I also had an actual paint swatch on the wall, so it had a white line around that swatch too.Ĥ. It does leave a white outer line around “painted area”, so that can be distracting. I had to exit out of the picture completely and restart process just to choose another color.ģ. I didn’t realize I had selected the same color until I clicked on it and then I could see the color name. G.- I accidentally tapped on one color swatch a few times because no names are given (until color is selected) and I wasn’t sure “which black color” in that row that I had already looked at. Once you click on a color and it takes you to your chosen photo, there isn’t anyway to “undo” or “page back” if you don’t want that color.Į. When looking over color swatches, the names of colors weren’t available to see (you’re going on small color swatch alone). Taking photos and allowing app to access certain photos worked fine. Had to reopen and start over again continuously.Ģ. I downloaded and used app for 15 minutes during which the app crashed 3 times. The idea is great, but the functionality of app is worthless. Once you’ve decided, purchase through the app or use the app to find your nearest Home Depot store.
